Offaly County Council has been appointed the National Waste Collection Permit Office and has been in operation from the 1st February 2012. Their role is to accept and process all new and review Waste Collection Permit applications for all Waste Management Regions in the Republic of Ireland. They also carry out additions and amendments to existing Waste Collection Permits.
