Work includes:

• All works carried out on a live pharmaceutical plant;
• Excavation of approximately 90,000 cu.m of materials including the rock breaking element and disposal on site to form large landscape berm;
• Bulk filling of car parks, access roads and lay down areas;
• Excavation and concrete works to 130 pad foundations, lift shaft and retaining walls;
• Filling, to make up levels utilising 9,000 cu.m of imported stone and geogrid solutions;
• Services and drainage works within a live plant;
• Works to waste water treatment plant including bulk excavation, foundation and services works.
