Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Management of commercial and contractual function for multiple projects.
- Be responsible for the implementation and utilization of commercial procedures, tools and processes to the highest standards.
- Participate in project meetings to ensure the clients commercial & contract policies are properly implemented.
- Utilize contract administration procedures
- Maintain an audit file which will include the contract, all correspondence, changes, amendments, clarifications and payment schedules.
- Monitor and ensure project planned spend is achieved.
